Overview
Our
programme covers a wide range of line concepts for cost
efficient production of transformer cores.
Transformer lamination cut-to-length lines are available for
sheet widths from 40 to 1020 mm and sheet lengths from 200 to
6000 mm. Any kind of lamination shape in “step-lap“ design can
be easily defined and programmed on the machine itself or via
CIM connection off-line.

high performance and availability. |

with STA/B stacking for automatic stacking of finished legs and

power laminations shown with PB/T stacking for neat stacks.

TBA1000 line fully equipped with hole punches, V notches, tip
cutting and slot punching.
